«Winter Garden» stage

Eugeny Grishkovets

NOTES OF A RUSSIAN TRAVELER

Director – Iosif Raykhelgauz

This performance has become a visiting card for «School of Modern Drama». Text written by Eugeny Grishkovets is about those subtle things that make people of all nationalities, generations and social groups human-beings, and at the same time everyone feels that it is very personal. Director’s mystifications multiplied by organic actors’ performance wash out the border between theatre and reality, and spectators are really puzzled whether they watch a well-rehearsed show or witness a certain unpredictable situation.

Actors: Iosif RAYKHELGAUZ, Albert FILOZOV, Vasily BOCHKAREV

Duration 105 minutes (no intermission)

Premiere - novenber 26, 1999
